Making Hotel Reservations

A $50 registration fee discount is available if you make your hotel reservation online at the time you register for the conference! NOTE: The discount will NOT be applied if you make your hotel reservation separately from registration.

Hotel reservations for SunGard Summit 2010 must be made through ConferenceDirect, the conference’s exclusive housing service.  You can make your reservation online quickly and easily when you process your conference registration. The SunGard Summit 2010 Hotel Reservation Request Form (below) must be used for any housing requests sent to ConferenceDirect via fax or mail (the registration fee discount will NOT be applied).  Remember, hotels will not accept reservations directly.

Register and make your reservations early for the best chance to stay at the hotel of your choice.  The deadline for making reservations through ConferenceDirect and being guaranteed the conference rate is Friday, March 12, 2010.  By booking online when you register you will receive the $50 discount and have access to up-to-the-minute information about room availability. If you book by fax or mail, ConferenceDirect will make your hotel reservations on a first-come, first-served basis.  If your first choice hotel is filled, they will attempt to accommodate your subsequent choices.  As hotel space is booked, we may need to add hotels that are not currently listed.

How To Make A Reservation

Before you make your reservation, be sure to check out Pre-Conference Training Sessions & Meetings and make the most out of your investment in SunGard Summit 2010!

All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or with a check deposit that covers the first night's room and tax (check payments require a form).  Check payments received by ConferenceDirect after March 12, 2010 will be returned.  Rooms guaranteed by credit card may be charged the first night's room and tax as early as March 12, 2010. Any cancellation fees will be charged to the supplied credit card.

  • Please print or type all information to assure accuracy.
  • Complete each part in detail for correct and rapid computer processing.
  • All confirmation will be sent to the email/fax provided on the Hotel Reservation Request Form.
  • Use one form per room reserved.
  • Registration fee discount will NOT apply for reservations made via fax.

Registration fee discount will NOT apply for reservations made via mail.

            

ConferenceDirect will send out confirmations by email or fax within 72 hours of processing reservations.  If you do not receive a confirmation within (7) days, please email sungardsummit@conferencedirect.com to inquire on the status of your reservation.  Hotels do not send out confirmations.

Cancellation/Refund Procedure

ConferenceDirect will charge a $30.00 processing fee per reservation for all cancelled reservations and a $50.00 processing fee for no-shows.  Cancellations and no-shows will also be subject to the individual hotel policy (varies between hotels).  Cancellation fees will be processed no later than 90 days after the conference.
