As a special benefit to our Collaborative members who exhibit at Summit, SunGard Higher Education reserves a limited number of time slots for Collaborative member presentations. Here is your opportunity to present at SunGard Summit, based on approval. The cost is $1,800 per accepted presentation. To be eligible, submit your presentation proposal by October 8, 2010.
Collaborative member presentations are integrated into the overall curriculum. Our attendees use Summit as an opportunity to learn about Collaborative member products that can help their institutions thrive. These presentations provide a valuable opportunity for you to reach out to your customers and prospects in a credible educational setting that positions you as an expert and leader in your field.
Submission is competitive and topics must be relevant to the higher education market. Presentations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis with no guarantees of acceptance. However, SunGard Higher Education will give higher priority to presentation proposals featuring a Collaborative member and client co-presenting in case study format.
We expect all Collaborative member presentation submissions to follow the Summit Guidelines for Collaborative members.

Registration Discounts
- SunGard Higher Education will provide one complimentary exhibitor badge per approved presentation.
- If you have a customer who is co-presenting in case study format, that customer will receive a registration discount after the presentation is approved. (Only one customer registration fee discount will be granted per class. If the customer is already entitled to a presenter discount, no additional discounts will be applied. You must contact Debbie Carmody in order for your client to receive this discount on registration.
- SunGard Higher Education allows employees, current customers, and Collaborative members to present at SunGard Summit.
